"I bought an antenna for my bike that I paid for and was shipped to store. It came in and when I went to pick it up the store manager could not find it. He looked for it for a few minutes but stated I would have to wait until his assistant manager came in to look for it because he had other things to do. I was the only person in the store. While I was there I noticed he had a Reese receiver dirt bike holder for a truck on the wall on sale. So I said I’ll buy that while I’m here. He then stated again I would have to wait till his assistant manager came in for that as well, because it’s heavy and his assistant can get it down for punishment for loosing my antenna. I waited for an hour and I never got either item. The manager said we must have sold it to someone else. While I was there I watched two guys come in that he was apparently friends with to buy Bluetooth helmet headsets. He than gave them his employee discount on the items. I then asked for a refund of my my on the antenna at which he said ok. I said I’ll take it in cash since you sold my part to someone else and it’s already been taken from my bank account days ago. He said that’s not how it works I’ll put it back on your debit card. I said no you already have my money I want the cash because I don’t want to wait the 5 days for it go back in my account. He would not do it. This was the Killeen Texas store. "

"Came in with the wife and my 2year old. Looked around and got the wife trying a full face helmet. When she finally found the right one she asked for the box. A black gentleman and the reason why I said black gentleman because I don't know his name. His a sell associate from the store, he said "real bikers don't need the box for the helmet" so I look and verify who the hell said that? And asked him what the hell is that supposed to mean? If I buy it and pay for it? Don't matter if it's a box give me what I pay for. If I keep the box or throw it? It's not your **** business! Take your business somewhere else shot ride to round rock unless you really need parts like in need of tp and ammo!"

"Bought a new helmet last week from there and the service was fine just the helmet I got was really expensive and I feel like it’s a used helmet they just sold me the one right off the self and it didn’t come with the plastic keys to open the side panels. But overall it was ok"
